The Good Rx Skin & Wellness Plan
At Good Medicine, we believe that true skin health, like overall wellness, comes from intention, consistency, and science backed, evidence based care. We created this plan for our patients to have access to regular skin heath treatments, deeper healing, and a space where skincare is treated as part of a whole body ritual. It’s our way of making expert guided aesthetic care more accessible and more meaningful.
This isn’t just a membership. It’s a relationship, one that honors the connection between how you look, how you feel, and how you show up in the world. Whether you’re focused on long-term skin goals, or simply carving out time to care for yourself, this plan is here to guide that journey — one month at a time.
Membership Agreement
1. Membership Term and Payment
- Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
- The monthly fee is $145.00, billed automatically every 30 days to the payment method provided at enrollment.
- After the initial 3-month term, the Membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
2. Included Monthly Services
Each month, the Member is entitled to the following:
One (1) Express HydraFacial
One (1) IV Drip
One (1) B12 Vitamin Injection
PLUS
One (1) Facial Waxing Service (lip or brow) OR One (1) additional B12 Vitamin Injection
3. Exclusive Member Discounts
Members enjoy access to the following savings on services and products:
Note: Discounts apply only to full-priced products and services. Promotions, packages, and sale items are excluded from additional membership discounts.
4. Rollover Policy
Members may roll over up to two (2) unused monthly HydraFacials while the Membership is active. Rollover services must be used while the Membership is current. If the Membership is cancelled, any unused services — including rollover treatments — will be forfeited. Unused services cannot be carried over beyond the two allowed and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel after completing their 3-month minimum term by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation requests may be submitted via email to info@goodmedicinemedspa.com or delivered in person to our clinic. Early termination of the Membership prior to the completion of the initial 3-month commitment is allowed, but the remaining balance for the 3-month term must be paid in full at the time of cancellation. Services included in the Membership are non-refundable, and unused services may not be exchanged for credit.
6. Missed Appointments & No-Show Policy
All services are scheduled by appointment and subject to provider availability. Appointments missed without at least 24 hours’ notice may be considered redeemed and will not be rescheduled or rolled over. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to staffing availability, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
7. Non-Transferability & Exclusivity
The Membership is valid only for the individual who enrolled and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold to another party.
8. Practice Rights to Modify or Terminate
Good Medicine Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Membership program, including pricing and benefits, with 30 days’ notice to active Members.
We may terminate a Member’s agreement at any time due to misconduct, policy abuse, or failure to follow clinic guidelines. Refunds for termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement and voluntarily enroll in The Good Rx Skin & Wellness Care Plan.
