Memberships & Specials

1. Membership Term and Payment

Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months.

The monthly fee is $165.00, billed automatically every 30 days to the payment method provided at enrollment.

After the initial 3-month term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

2. Rollover Policy

Members may roll over up to 1 unused monthly facial service (Hydrafacial or Custom Facial) while the membership is active. Rollover services must be used while the membership is current. If the membership is cancelled, any unused services—including rollover treatments—will be forfeited. Unused services cannot be carried over beyond the 1 allowed and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel after completing their 3-month minimum term by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation requests may be submitted via email to info@goodmedicinemedspa.com or delivered in person to our clinic. Early termination of the membership prior to the completion of the initial 3-month commitment is allowed, but the remaining balance for the 3-month term must be paid in full at the time of cancellation. Services included in the membership are nonrefundable, and unused services may not be exchanged for credit.

4. Missed Appointments & No-Show Policy

All services are scheduled by appointment and subject to provider availability. Appointments missed without at least 24 hours’ notice may be considered redeemed and will not be rescheduled or rolled over. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to staffing availability, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

5. Nontransferability & Exclusivity

The membership is valid only for the individual who enrolled and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold to another party.

6. Practice Rights to Modify or Terminate

Good Medicine Aesthetics reserves the right to change or discontinue the membership program, including pricing and benefits, with 30 days’ notice to active members.

We may terminate a member’s agreement at any time due to misconduct, policy abuse, or failure to follow clinic guidelines. Refunds for termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Monthly Service Expiration

Vitamin Shots, Waxing, LED Red Light Therapy, and membership discounts expire at the end of each calendar month. These services and discounts do not roll over, may not be redeemed after expiration, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
