Holding academic degrees in marriage and family therapy, social work, and nursing, he began his career focused on emotional health and functional medicine before discovering his passion for aesthetics.
Dustin has spent years immersed in the aesthetics industry, training with some of the most respected injectors and leaders in the field. Through advanced mentorships, hands-on clinical experience, and a deep understanding of regenerative medicine, he has refined his craft, offering natural, customized treatments that emphasize facial harmony, cellular restoration, and authentic confidence.
As the founder of Good Medicine, Dustin blends his expertise in nursing and wellness to create a high-touch, client-centered experience that honors both inner and outer beauty. His background in mental health allows him to connect deeply with clients, fostering a supportive, judgment-free environment where they feel truly seen and cared for.
Dustin believes that aesthetic medicine should enhance—not alter—what makes someone beautiful. He is currently pursuing a doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner to further expand his knowledge and expertise.

With over 20 years in the beauty industry and 11 years dedicated to skincare, Stephanie’s journey began with her own struggle with cystic acne. Her personal experience ignited a passion for skin health, leading her to become a licensed Esthetician and advanced Aesthetician.
